Improve your Diet:
This almost sounds too good to be true! However, Dermatologists will tell you that a majority of bad Acne is brought on by poor dieting and nutritional Habits. Foods like Dairy, Refined Grains and Sugar can make you more susceptible to various blemishes.
Foods with refined carbohydrates include White Rice, Pasta, Bread, Crackers, Sodas and Artificial Sweeteners. Artificial Sweeteners and Additives are huge culprits for bad skin.
One study revealed that a person who frequently consumes added sugars is 30% more likely to be subjected to Acne and poor skin. That’s more than a person who regularly eats cakes and pastries who are 20% more likely to get Acne. 
Choose Natural Topicals:
Most cosmetics and makeup products can wreak havoc on your skin by clogging pores and causing irritation. Try 30 days without cosmetics or makeup to properly detox your skin.
